By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to pickup unless otherwise stated. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Custom Work

All items are custom-made. Colors, designs, and details may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products. Inspiration photos are welcome but exact replicas are not guaranteed.   

Every order is handcrafted with care and artistic intention. By placing a custom order, you trust us with creative freedom to bring your vision to life in our own unique style.

Inspiration photos, color palettes, themes, and preferences are always welcome and used as guidance—not exact replicas. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, design, and detail are part of what makes your order special.

We reserve the right to make design and color adjustments as needed to ensure the best overall appearance, balance, and quality of the final product. These artistic decisions are made with your event and vision in mind.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our creative style and understand that exact duplication is not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because orders are prepared specifically for you, all payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. In rare cases where we must cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Changes to Orders

Changes must be requested by a specific cutoff date and may not be possible depending on timing or complexity. Additional charges may apply.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be honored. Once items are picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for damage caused after pickup, including improper handling or storage.

Allergies & Ingredients

Our home kitchen is not allergen-free. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee products are free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, or gluten.

Cottage Food Disclosure

This product is home-produced and processed under state cottage food laws and has not been inspected by a state or local health department.

Weather & Emergencies

In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate promptly to arrange the best possible solution.
